Our pallet racks are always well stocked with new high quality steel so your cooker can be put into immediate production with the individual options you choose. As would be expected, only new steel is used at our facility. Even though we are willing to build exactly to your specifications, we stand ready to discuss all available options and make suggestions during your selection process.
